Full Kitchen Delivery includes a 2 Man team to off load, this cost will be added at the checkout. The delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working weeks. ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE GOODS AND REPORT DAMAGES, FAULTS OR ERRORS IN THE ORDER TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted.

IN THE EVENT THAT GOODS CANNOT BE INSPECTED ON DELIVERY THEN SIGN FOR THEM AS " UNEXAMINED" Report damages, faults or errors to the Operations Manager by phone, email or letter within 2 days. In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error by us you will be entitled to an exchange for that item. You must be present to accept delivery. Please ensure we are advised in advance of any likely access problems because the delivery vehicles are large and will be parked for some time whilst unloading and checking is carried out. Delivery is to the ground floor only. We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.

We also use our own logistics to ensure your kitchen is delivered safe and on time.
